Terms of Service

We provide social media management, website design and development, branding, performance marketing, SEO and website care. The exact deliverables, timeline and price for each project are set out in a written scope or quote. Work begins once you accept it in writing (email is sufficient).

Fees are as stated in the accepted quote and are charged in Indian Rupees unless the quote says otherwise. Quotes state any advance amount and the schedule of remaining payments. Taxes such as GST are added where applicable. Invoices are due by the date shown on them.

• Provide accurate information, content and access in good time.
• Make sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos and other material you give us.
• Review work promptly and give clear feedback.

Delays in providing material or feedback may move delivery dates.

Each quote states how many rounds of revisions are included. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only begins once you approve it.

Once all fees for a deliverable are paid, you own the final deliverables we created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and general know-how, and of third-party software, fonts and stock material, which stay under their own licences. We may mention that we worked with you unless you ask us not to.

We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver your project.

We work carefully and professionally, but outcomes such as search rankings, follower counts, ad performance or sales depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific results.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
